The Gold Coast city Marina complex is a fine example of meeting a combination of challenges.

Although the entire park was constructed in marine mud, a highly economical solution was developed using   a mix of tilt up panels and colorbond sheeting and together with the unique slab and footing designs, resulted in the Coomera site becoming an effective and efficient operating facility.
