Quality Policy Statement

Gay Constructions’ management and staff are totally committed to achieving the following quality objectives/performance targets:

1. fulfill our contractual obligations;
2. clearly communicate and convey project scopes and specifications along with quality expectations to all relevant parties;
3. thoroughly plan, manage and control the quality of our work and that of our sub-contractors, to ensure finished product and service conformity with client specifications;
4. maintain quality assurance certification to Standard AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008;
5. ensure that Management is kept abreast of developments and changes in relevant standards, legislation, technology, and industry developments;
6. ensure Company personnel are appropriately qualified and competent to perform assigned tasks; and
7. audit/assess and review our performance and with a view to continual improvement

As the General Manager, I have overall responsibility for all aspects of quality within the Company. The achievement of quality and client satisfaction requires special attention and support from staff and sub-contractors alike and I therefore ask that all persons associated with the production, construction and services take responsibility for the quality of their own performance.
